  I went asking for a design - first the lady said yes she could do it. I didn’t mind if she would just say sorry we can’t - I would understand but they had me wait for someone to come. When that nail tech came and I showed him the picture and he told me straight out “ no “. He got up and left. The lady did nothing else. I asked her who else can do it ? She said nothing absolutely nothing. I just stood there like “ ok :/ “
  
  Bad customer service if you can’t do it just say it don’t try to take my money and waste my time.
