  You get the whole Kit & Caboodle when you enter the doors at Balance Studio. There is something for your Busy mind, tired body, & Restless soul. Hot Yoga provided by none other than Melissa Griffith has lead many students to enjoy a life of Balance & Peace while also infusing laughter in her teachings.
  
  There is also a healthy mix of fitness provided by none other than "Feather Light Weight Heather". This lil Beast will transform your body, get you motivated with positive talk while making sure you do not give up. YES Hot Booty Camp is a phenomenon at Balance, that has been tried, emulated but not duplicated because Feather Light Weight Heather is one of a kind.
